FED:Labor, Libs - hung parliament likely = 2
Mr Smith said Labor was unlikely to make up the ground it needed in Western Australia
to get to 76.
"We are going to have to do better in the West than the Westpoll today exhibited ...
to be on 76," he said.
"There are a lot of variables in that."
The Westpoll published on Saturday morning picked Labor would be reduced to just three
federal seats in WA from its current four.
It would be the first hung parliament since World War II.
