Arc: Australian Feeney out of archery competition
BEIJING, Aug 12 AAP - Australian archer Lexie Feeney has been eliminated in the first
round of the women's individual event at the Beijing Olympics.
The 19-year-old Australian was defeated by Taiwan's Shu Chi Yuan, who prevailed 104
to 101 today at the Beijing Archery Field.
Fellow Australian Jane Waller will later today meet Indian Pranitha Vardhineni in her
first round fixture, staged in a one-on-one match-play format.
